Anyone can take a picture of anything in this world. If the photographer doesn't understand or care about the moment, though, it's hard for them to accurately capture its essence. There must be emotion, compassion, and delight on all sides when taking a picture. This includes the subject, photographer and the eventual viewer.

I have been taking photographs since my high school days. I am an amateur but have developed a good eye over the years. For the past fourteen years I have been blessed to photograph the Hudson High School “Swing” Marching Band from Band Camp to an annual appearance in the playoffs.
